From the phone call to make an appointment, to the finished job, I can't praise Andy enough. I asked him to check my other aerial while he was up the ladder and a pole did need replacing, which saved me calling him back at a later date. If you need help with an aerial problem please use Andy you will not be disappointed.

Ladders up on the roof new aerial fitted in no time, new coaxial in loft, reception checked, cup of tea drunk, very reasonable invoice supplied, invoice paid and Andy drove off. Mr & Mrs Bradley written on Saturday 5th of December 2015 I would just like to say Andy fitted an Aerial for us recently , as we had been ripped off badly by a national company earlier this year. After realising that the aerial had been placed in the loft hanging from a nail ! Andy took said aerial and placed it on our roof where it should have gone in first place. He checked all mountings and advised that all were fine, he explained all that he was doing and quoted a price that was very fair £65.00. He is a top chap and we would thoroughly recommend him to all looking for a new aerial etc. Thank you for a quality job.

Failed to turn up when promised "engineer stuck on previous task"
Claimed that they had phoned but "nobody answered". Ludicrous
We had a bad signal for a long while I'd fitted a booster. Should have got Andy in to start with. First class service - I am completely satisfied with the service given by Norwich Aerials.

He arrived on time, at short notice and very quickly diagnosed the problem and went out of his way to put the TV system to how it suited us, taking his time to ensure that every TV and remote were working correctly. His attention to detail was excellent and nothing was too much trouble to get our TVs back up and running as they should. He even followed up his visit with an email further detailing more information that was useful to us. We can thoroughly recommend Andy for your TV and aerial needs, he is courteous, professional and a knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for him. Thank you Andy for fixing our system!
Sean Harvey written on Tuesday 31st of March 2015 I had TV's in every room connected to Sky digi eyes so I could operate two separate Sky boxes from any room but the digi eyes had stopped responding. I spoke to other companies by phone who didn't have any clue what to do and weren't even prepared to come out and try. Andy knew immediately I spoke to him what the problem was likely to be and made an appointment to fit me in at the end of his next working day as he knew I was keen to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. He was prompt arriving exactly when he said he would and was clearly knowledgeable in his work. The problem turned out to be a bir more complicated than I had explained but he wasn't fazed by it and was adamant he could fix it it.He removed and replaced numerous wires and components and stayed until it was running as I wanted not leaving my house till 7pm. Not only that he then went home and researched the Internet for reset codes for my remote controls and emailed the required details to me later that same evening. The most accommodating and helpful person you would want to meet, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody looking for a reliable TV engineer. Thanks for sorting things for me Andy, it is much appreciated.

After the TV went on the blink I contacted Andy at Norwich aerials and had an appointment within two days. He was running late that day through no fault of his own but was curtious enough to call and let me know when he would arrive. I had requested an aerial replacement but after Andy checked the system out he said it would cost less to fix which is a refreshing change. Nice to deal with someone who knows what he is talking about. Turned up on time with no excuses about the weather. Decided to call Andy as had been quoted £125 + VAT for an aerial installation. Spoke to Andy, he was very very helpful and quoted £75 inc VAT. We arranged a day and time and he arrived on time which is always a good start! He put an aerial in our loft am explained that the signal quality wasn't great and explained to us the reason why. He then was honest and said it would cost £30 to put in a booster if needed. My girlfriend and I decided we would get the booster anyway, BUT Andy wouldn't allow us to until we had tried the tv for a few days to see if it was necessary (most people would just of charged the money and not thought anything of it!) The ancient aerial & wiring decided to come apart on the 23rd December. No TV over Christmas I thought.... 4 hours later Andy was there just as it was getting dusk, blowing a gale with horizontal rain. Within the hour a new aerial and wiring was in place, a neat and tidy job, we now have a reception better than ever before. A polite and friendly service even in adverse conditions (sorry you lost your hat in the wind while on the roof - I hope Santa brings you a new one) No hesitation in reccomending this tradesman. Our tv picture was bad every time it rained. A quick call to Andy and he explained common causes and pricing options for each scenario. Andy pitched up in the rain, accessed the roof and displayed the faulty item. He then gave options with costs and discussed best option, 20 mins later job done. :-) Andy provided an efficient, no nonsense service, and he was polite and engaging throughout. I cannot fault the service I received from Norwich Aerials. Not only did Andy arrive promptly (rarely happens these days), remove his shoes when coming into my home (rarely happens these days) but he carried out the work efficiently and confidently with the minimum of mess. I expected my newly decorated room to get a little damaged with wall having to be drilled etc but no, not the slightest sign of anything having been done.

Television picture break up. Norwich aerials called at my home on 18-10-2013. May I add on time as had been arranged. Somewhat of an achievement in this day and age, very polite and helpfull. I was told my signal if anything was too strong not weak as I thought. It was brought to my attention I had a boster that I no longer required, promptly disconnected it for me, he said no problem signal ok now. I asked him to replace aerial as twenty six years old. Andy has been to install an aerial upgrade and add an additional aerial socket today... he very efficiently added on the other jobs of removing the old aerial and sorting out the hundreds of wires that were behind our TV - he didn't hesitate to hoover up and leave everything tidy.. Just had a digital TV aerial installed, and am very pleased with the work done. Andy turned up exactly on time (pretty much to the minute), and quickly confirmed the work that needed doing. He even reduced his original quote that had been done over the phone when he saw the work to install an additional outlet upstairs could be done quite simply. We live overseas and have just bought a second home in Norwich. Bought a new Smart TV, but the reception was very bad, Called Andy after a Google search and arranged a visit to sort it out. He turned up on time, identified the problem and installed a new digital Aerial. Now the TV signal perfect. What more can we add, he did exactly what was required at a fair price and with very friendly and informative attitude. Upon moving in our new home we realised that the TV antenna was out of alignment, after spending some considerable time trying to align it ourselves we called Andy. He was quickly able to address the problem and advise the best course of action. Andy carried out all the work at short notice and was friendly, honest and efficient throughout. Fast, professional & very competitive. After moving in to a new property I contacted Andy out of curiosity quiet late in the evening. He was able to provide a quote immediately and arranged to come thirst thing the next day. Upon arrival he was very polite and manged to fix my loft mounted aerial very quickly, double checked everything was working, and didn't leave a mess.
Most importantly, he provided the most competitive quote by quite a long way too, against other companies like Broadland to name a few.
After the installation he also gave me tips and free advice about connecting other televisions and the type of cables to use. Fast response, excellent service and price. My elderly neighbour called me as water was coming out of his aerial following a heavy downpour yesterday evening. I called Andy from Norwich Aerials that evening, which was good as other companies I tried were only open business hours, and quoted me a more than reasonable price (nearly half of what a friend had been charged last year) He offered to come out the following morning, and was there and ready to go at 8:30am. He overcame some unforeseen circumstances which must have cost him some time, but still stuck to the original quote. I contacted Mr Sales with reception problems after the recent digital change over. I was getting a very weak signal and not receiving all the channels I should despite re-tuning all the TV's. Mr Sales was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently, and did not have to charge me for any extra equipment other than the standard call out charge. I asked him to visit some time ago but he advised I wait until signals had been boosted. He could have visited and charged then but didn't!
