Our call out / repair fee is the same as Sky's, but we are usually
able to respond much faster. We can fix the dish installation, but if it is a box/receiver problem, we will advise you where you can purchase one. Well over Nine out of ten call outs are due to dish installation faults and can be fixed on the spot. But If we cannot get you up and
running again because your sky box is faulty, there is a 50% reduction in our call out charge.
